the staff were friendly and helpful. i was allowed to store my luggage until my room became ready earlier than stated. the location is central and there is a great view from the restaurant across from the beach.
the reception had a terrible lady. she was unhelpful and rude. she lied about a water shortage when it was just the hotel having problems.

The hotel location was great for us, it was close to the marina! The hotel restaurant offered a balcony overlooking the sea, it was perfect for breakfast. The staff were very honest, they saved my EarPods for me to collect later.
The pool was constantly dirty with leaves and bugs. I never saw it being cleaned. I found a nest of ants in the wardrobe behind my clothes. The manager had a stinking attitude and did not offer a new room.

the location was ideal, very near the city center. it was right by the water, which i liked. the staff were very hospitable... easy check-in too. i used the luggage room to store my bag before my room was ready.
i noticed the air conditioning in the room wasn't working very well. even when i set it to the lowest temperature, the room remained quite warm. it made sleeping a little difficult at times, not ideal during my vacation.

i found the breakfast offered many choices and seemed a good standard! the breakfast room was very bright and airy. the staff stored my luggage since i arrived early. i liked that my room was ready sooner than expected too.
the traffic noise was noticeable, especially lorries and motorbikes it seemed constant. this made it harder to relax at times.
